Im gonna be very busy 10:30 PM

Saturday

Today im going out with my Pri sch friends. I thought to myself, its been 5 years since I last see them. Would I still recognize them? In the end, I think about 6 people came. The rest didn’t wanna come or they couldn’t come. I met Rachel and Arjun first. And omg, they have changed a lot. Arjun was telling I didn’t change at all, expect of the voice. I only recognize Rachel cos she has that… Rachel face. Grace (teo) came shortly. I don’t even know who she was. Omg, im sooo blur.. or maybe im just forgetful. We took a bus to Downtown East cos many suggested there. But when we got there, we couldn’t decide on what to eat. WTC. So I just followed at we ate at some Fish food place. When I saw Justin, he was so different, seriously. He got his ears pierced erevywhere! After dinner, my friends were so scared to call Shermaine. I don’t know why. Maybe she’s too fierce or something. So I got to call her. Managed to convince her to meet us at White Sands. So we walked there and went to eat some ice cream. Im not exactly a fan of ice cream so I’ll pass. Then Shermaine came later. Gosh, I don’t even recognize her, man… I guess I don’t remember people faces in Primary sch. So we took some pic together using Rach’s camera. Then we went to a corner at the bus interchange.

I think we talked for about 1.5 hrs, just talking. As for me, well, I just sit and listen. Boon once told me that Love is blind. Well, I guess he’s right this time. 6 of us, 3-4 alr in a relationship. One has been in a relationship for 6 months plus, but when I asked him why he liked the girl, he shrugged his shoulders and said don’t know. I was like, huh!! He doesn’t even know? Well, love is blind but not all the time. When I hear how my gal friends got their bf, it sounds quite ridiculous. Then Shermaine’s father came, he talked to Just and Arjun. But for me, well, I still listened. Only after that then I talked to Shermaine’s bro. we talked about sch and standard stuff. The thing I don’t understand is, when I give people money, everyone stared at me, EVERYONE! Omg, is something wrong when I give money to the poor? They looked as if, they cannot imagine I would do such a thing. Well… that’s good. This means my friends have just yet to know me. And they are rather childish, as childish as P6. There are many things I wished to say but… I just don’t want to. Some things are just better off not knowing. Will I still wanna go out with them? Well, maybe…

Sunday

Today is an awesome day!! I learned another thing from church. Seriously, God have never failed to impress me. There was a new speaker but I forgotten his name. he was telling us, if we can make a sacrifice for God, no matter whether God wants it or not. If we can make a sacrifice or if we let things go, God will give it back to us. Cos God knows we can surrender even our desires to him and he will give it back. My friends, this is a test from God in saying can we really let go for the things we once loved? Becos if we can, God is going to give us something more. The speaker said he loved the Saxophone and he loved playing it. But he felt that he should surrender to God cos he thought God asked him so. but he didn’t want to. I mean its his favourite. But he reluctantly gave it up. Then he went to another church and they asked him what he could play. So he said, piano, stuff and saxophone (very softly). Then the pastor was, what! U can play the Saxophone? Okay, we will lend u a new one. So he played the new one but it was old and rusty. When he wanna to give it back, the pastor said, ‘no no, u can have it. We give u’.

Now, wasn’t that just fabulous? Its almost the same exp I had when I got back my CCA results. That was so wonderful.

Later in the evening, we went to watch the Taking of Pelham 123. Then my cousin called. They wanted to go swimming with us. Omg, cool cool! We like only swam for 2 laps and played for 1 hr plus. We watched UP with cousin Joshua. Im glad my mum loved the movie. I loved it too. I helped my cousins carry a comp monitor down to the car.

All of a sudden, I had a very bad pain in my stomach. WTH, I was limping to the car. The first thing I ever thought of was praying to God. So I whispered and prayed. I just wanted the pain to leave soooo badly. Then… the pain reduced slowly and soon, there was no pain… I slowly opened my eyes as I put the monitor into the boot. The pain was really gone. Omg, it was one of the best miracles ever. That miracle was immediate. I was so glad, I thanked God all the way home. I love God. He hears all prayer, even the soft whispers…


Movie Review- District B13

Rating- 8.9/10__4 stars

From the director and producer of Taken. This movie is not to be missed, its in French so do watch in Eng subtitles. Anyway, the movie is about typical gangsters and bosses and betrayal. But the movie is extremely stylish and one of a kind. It later known that one of Youtube best Parkour (stunts and moves) video was actually one of the scenes in this movie. The stunts are magnificent. I think everyone would love this kind of movie. Not only that, the police is also a stunt-man and an officer. Altogether, u get a utter-ownage film. Mission is to defuse a bomb in B13 but sadly, its in the hands of a crime boss. I love the twist near the end. Recommended to all people who love action and stunts (like me). A very good eye-candy movie.


PS: tmr, i'll be working. dec 3,4,5,6,10,11,12, i'll also be working. from 14 dec to 24 dec. im off to overseas. 25-28 dec is church camp. so any day between these days, i'll be free. so if you all wanna ask me, pls dont ask me out in any of these dates, cos im gonna be busy...very busy.

One of the BEST days Ever! 3:37 PM

Tuesday

Today is a miracle. Its one long-awaited prayer that has finally came true. Oh gosh! For the first time in this month, I actually felt so relieved. I have hoped, wished and prayed for this day to come and indeed, it came. Praise the God and I will forever be grateful to him. I never prayed so badly before. I prayed so much that I would not mess up EVER again.

Im going out with the girl I used to like a couple of years back!! Omg, super cool! I thought it was almost impossible. Cos she has her own life, own sch and I have mine, she has a bf before but I don’t. so paths don’t exactly meet. But some things have changed and im going out with her to watch a movie. I’ll just call her J. only my pal knows her, the rest… I wont tell u, if even u begged me for days. We were meeting each other at Dhoby Ghuat MRT and shit!! Its so big, she and I got the place mixed up. I thought it was at the escalator but she took the bus there. Crap, im so shit. She told me to get up to the first floor. Guess what I did? I went to the first floor for Plaza Sing. Omg, I didn’t know where was the HSBC. I was indeed F-ed man. Really didn’t wish to mess up. But she was very nice. She told me to stay at Carrefour and she would find me. I have never heard any girl saying that. She’s really nice, one of the nicest in my life. I felt so bad so I apologized for being a blur ass. I don’t even know most of the shops she mentioned to me. Omg, I was panicking everywhere. So after we met, we went to get the tickets.

Then we looked around or we just walked around Plaza Sing. Im not really a shopper so yeah. J was getting a laptop or Mac, I cant rmb. We went to Best, I think. She was finding a laptop for about $1000. We walked for about 45 min. then J was hungry cos she didn’t eat breakfast and lunch if im not wrong. So we bought some popcorns. And I didn’t even know there were 2 cinemas at the 6th floor, I must be one of the most blur people ever. And its bad cos it leaves a bad impression on my friends. We got took a bus back after the movie. Most girls would just go their own way but she was different. She brought me to the bus stop even though I don’t know where it was. She talked about how bitchy some guys and girls are. Sad to hear some of my old friends turned into some bitchy sucky person. She talked about her bf too but I guess she didn’t want to bring that up. As for me, well, I have nothing to say that will comfort her so I just listen and tell her some stories of my sch life. Told her that I get to share a story to my sch too.

There was so much more I wished to say, but I cant since I reached my stop. When I got off, I just felt so thankful to God. Good thing there was no one near-by. Cos I shout to God with all my thanks and I was forever grateful to him. No one could describe how overjoyed I was. Not even a million angels could speak my thanks. If even every star was a song and every breath of the wind was praise, it will still failed by far to say, what my heart contains. So I didn’t wanna go home that fast, I just walked on the pavement, singing… just singing, like a little boy singing in the streets and not wanting to go home.

3 years I only told myself, I could only dream of going out with J. Cos she has a bf, she’s in a different sch, there is no way I can possibly go out with her. And now, the present day, that prayer came true. How happy am I? u cant even imagine….. :)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

One of the best days of my life? Yes!!


Thursday

Today is such a bad day, cos a lot of friends asked me out today. And end up, my dad ended me to help in his business. So I got to cancel a lot of events. So in the morning, we set off and left. So I was reading the bible before and wonderfully, God spoke to me in many ways. It is true God works in mysterious ways and answer our prayers different, but He has a way of telling things to me in a way that I know. So I shared the verse to almost all my friends.

On the way to work, dad explain the things we need to do and thing we cant do. The first work about sorting out boxers and carrying them. The room was very empty so there was a lot of echo. When zack and I were alone, we played with the echo. We also talked about our lives and how activities went. My bro is so slacked. After about 45 min, he needed water. WTC. Anyway, we got the job done by afternoon. Then we went to do some paper given by dad’s friend, Tony. Now comes the funny, stupid part...

After we have done, we went to toilet. Then our dad says when we come back, we have to tap the card once. I went and tap the card. Then I stood there, seeing if the door locks by itself. Then I tap again, the light was still green. I thought it was okay so I reached for the door. Shit!! The door is locked. If I tap the card on the outside, I have to also tap in the inside. This ensures high responsibility and security. So shit man! Zack and I were stuck outside. If we were stuck inside, it was still okay cos we can press the button on the inside. But hecking crap! We were outside. So we cant get in. what the… then my dad called…

Dad: hey son, how are things going?

I looked at the door…

Me: err… good. We have done the paperwork needed.

Dad: ok, good. Cos we may not be joining u for lunch. Tony and I have a meeting, so sry.

(only tony has the card to save us now)

Me: err… okay. And err, we have a little… problem.

Dad: what? Youre stuck outside.

Me: yes!! We are! (zack whacks me)

Dad: hahahah! Oh! I thought something was wrong so I gave a call.

Me: good, I was just thinking about u.

Dad: hahaha, don’t worry, I heard it, I heard it. Haha

Me: so we need Mr Tony and help us open the door.

Dad: err, he cant. He’ll be back after 45 min. have u eaten your lunch?

Me: no.

Dad: ok. U go eat lunch first then.

Me: okay.

I turned to zack.

Me: shit! My wallet inside the office…

But luckily, zack has $10 so we plan not to spent so much. Thank God, there are some other food that was really cheap. Both of us bought food, both of us bought drinks and we still have $1.80 left, despite being very near to a office building( normally, food there are not very cheap).

Then we got back up to the 6th floor. Zack was hoping Tony could be in the next lifts since there were 2 lifts. Then one the next lift stared moving up. My bro prayed it to go higher. It did went higher, to the 4th floor. Zack exclaimed, come on 2 more floors. It came to the 5th… come on 1 more floor. It camr to the 6th… ting!! Zack and I were stunned, who on earth could be coming… the doors opened. IT WAS MR TONY!!!. Omg!! What a fabulous miracle!! It was instanteous. So Tony came and helped us open the door. We have done the paperwork so we can go home early. Wow, cool man!

Since we can go back early, I can follow Hao jun and boon to Expo. We meet at Hall 5 and explored around. We walked till our feet hurts. I wanted to find the parts of a computer since I wanna set up my own desktop. But I would still need some help though. We practically walked around the whole place. I think we walked about 2.5 hrs. my feet were dying, not to mention I alr work in the morning. So zack and I went back first. When we got off the MRT, guess who we saw? Hao jun and boon again!! Omg! Why? They actually wanted to eat at bedok but the MRT so so packed, they decided to egt off the same stop and take a bus there. Kinda waste-time but maybe a smart way. But thank God becos it so happens when zack said, till we meet again and ta da! we meet again. Haha! Its kinda cool when u exp it.

And today, im watching a movie with Danny and Cheryl. Haha. I cant wait man! God is indeed gracious and good. He always rocks. So guys! U wanna see miracles? Start counting your blessings and never lose faith!!


Movie Review- Surrogates

Rating- 8.1/10__3.5 stars

Even though Bruce Willis is old, I can say he hasn’t lost his coolness. The movie talks about life living in times of technology. People are seen as a healthy robot. The people are called the operators and the robots are called Surrogates. When the surrogate is shot, stabbed and blown to bits, nothing happen to the operators. But the problem begins when there is a weapon capable of killing the surrogate AND the operator. So ‘young’ Bruce Willis is out to find that weapon and destroy it. Action is pretty cool, not so intense but still all right. The ending is also touching as Bruce wants to spent time with his wife but his wife was scared to face him. But the enemy is quite stupid. Watch the movie and u will know why. Nevertheless, I think the movie is still worth watching.
