Working

I wont explain much except describe my days working at ACJC. I know, at first, I was like, woah!!! ACJC man!!! When I got off the MRT, I had no idea where to go. And Ben wasn’t around. Normally, I would say to my friends, ‘show me the first time and I wont forget the second’. But this time is, I have to go without anyone showing me. Wooo, I was very… err.. lost. And I didnt wanna be late as well. So I gotta do something! I walk around the MRT, looking for some directions but not asking anyone. Then I noticing some students in a uniform walking. But some are going this way and others are going that. Which is the correct way?? So I ended up stalking a tall guy. Okay, not stalking, following a tall guy :P then we walked out of the MRT. I remembered, we had to cross the road twice and follow the path which will lead us to ACJC. So when I saw the tall guy crossing the road about twice. I knew I was going the right way, but with still some doubts in my mind, thinking what happens if I following him and he goes to another sch instead of ACJC. So I over-take him walk faster. Then I saw the sign, ACJC. Woah, yes, I found it. But I couldn’t see the sch yet so I was not sure. Can u believe me? Saw the sign yet don’t believe the sign. I must be quite dumb and stubborn…


Anyway, I got to ACJC and look around. I called uncle Mike (Michael) and asked him where I was suppose to meet him. He told me at the Old canteen and I don’t know where it was. Then after looking more, I notice… its right outside, where I first came from. I just didn’t look at the left side and walked in straight. Crap, I cant be so blur in life, I’ll diee. So I put my bag and walked around until Uncle Mike came. We set up the store and began to talk to the student that came to our counter. Man, at first, I really sucked at talking. Cos I have absolutely no experience in having a counter job. So I had to observe. And its tough cos uncle Mike have to do all the job while I sit and observe him. Well, sometimes, I guess its good to just be still for a while. So I observe the way he talks and how he manages to get student to sign up for the Magazines. Yes, Im working as a counter job for Magazines. So Ben came at 9 plus and I got to mend the store cos uncle Mike and Ben sat down and talk to each other. So I got a little ‘solo’ job which wasn’t too bad. But I did mess up some parts. So uncle Mike left and I was left with Ben. So Ben and I talk a lot. Hey, both of us love food so he was telling me what store sells the best food especially the Rice wrapped in egg. Woah, that was super nice, he stresses. So we went to buy it. It was quite expensive but compare to outside food, its rather cheap. Its is $2.50 and its $2.60 if u add cheese. So it actually quite worth it.


So we did see many miracles, really. But I cant describe all of them. I will explain them in the next post or so. so we played guitar in ACJC. Met up A LOT of new friends. so yeah, I was telling my bro. there was one big girl or extremely ugly guy in ACJC. Seriously, the girls are either very tanned (not black!) or quite thin. And yeah, the girls are very tall. Omg, Ben is like going Army and some girls are taller than him. The people are very kind and friendly. I talked to some of them and, it seems like only a number of them hated JC life. The foreigners find JC life quite stressful nd tiring but they didn’t complain about it. Imagine, out store was a Magazine store. No on earth would spend a hundred on a Magazine? Some even cost $250 plus. Who would pay for it? And at the end of the day, we got nearly 400. Can u imagine? So I guess there are a lot of hardworking students willing to spend to read and improve their GP. And trust me, our job is tiring, even though we worked like less than 8 hrs. maybe I got Prayer meeting every night. And after we collect the papers, we got to do Admin work cos we got to type the details on Excel.


So I actually sleep late like 1 and had to wake up by 6. And I don’t understand why Ben can be more tired than me. Haha. And yeah, the fun Fair. The people are very… ‘Approachable’. When they run out of business and had no customers. They come to us man! Then Ben is like a sort-of YES man so he would say Yes and I have to say Yes too cos I don’t wanna disappoint the people selling. After all, it was to raise funds. Then the people will be, ‘hey I bought your magazine! Must also come and buy from us’. And we will be, ‘but I don’t earn any sum of money that u paid. The boss earns them. If we pay, we will be using our own money. And they will go, ‘plsss!! Its VERY nice. We can give u more food, just buy’. Then we said, yes, after a while. And they will go high cos we bought their stuff. We have been doing that for 7 days and we spent nearly a $100 just on food. Omg! We were suppose to stop work by Friday but the boss extended it to 7 days. I’ll tell u about the last day later on. So overall, we did have a lot of fun. Get to know Ben very well and we became good friends. u should have seen the miracles we faced, simply magnificent. Well, I got a lot of describe but maybe next time. I gotta go to some IT fair with my friends. yes, I’ll be taking many pic too! This is just a short… not so short experience at work.

Well, if u guys notice. There is something wrong with my blog and I need help. It will be good if u can come and help. If u notice, the Archives, when u click the post somehow becomes like 2 or 1 posts. That’s not true! I posted more, friends would have known me. I always post a lot. I put 4 post in be on my main page but I don’t know why, there is always 2 posts on my front page. Too little space? How did u get bigger space? I have seen people who update their blog for 3 years and nothing have gone wrong. I may think the Setting are wrong but im not too sure. Seriously, need help. If u go to Feb Archives, did u know that the Upcoming trailers I have posted on Youtube are missing? So yeah, I guess u may know what I mean.


Movie Review- Halloween II

Rating- 7.9/10__2.5 stars

I must say I expected a lot from this movie. Its true, the suspense is there. The thrill is there. But the killing is just so random and the actions of the people are just so unrealistic. No one attacks a stranger just becos he steps onto your field. There are many kill-joys which may ruin the movie. I don’t know why the movie got rated M18 for nudity when there is only very little scenes of it. I thought it will be Rated M18 for Languages cos sometimes when the people cursed, they cursed like a hundred times more than Bad Boys. It gets irritating to have people cursing for no reason or just a little injury and they cursed so much. Its like, everyone in town has Anger management. It also gets irritating when the main character curses so inappropriately. The only scene that gets me going was the last scene when the police starts showing up. The way Michael Myers kills doesn’t make him fell badass even. It was like he was holding back. However, Michael tends to overkill some victims. I like the dark atmosphere and the lighting effects but it just fails to bring audience at the edge of their seats. Im sorry to say, it was just disappointing when I expected so much more from this movie. And I think people will have this feeling as well. You can either hate it, or hate yourself for loving it.
